Hello ....
Woke up 6am in the morning today ..
and ...
skip for 300 times and did some warm up!
OMG! uh, I need to cut down to 1 breakfast per day.
Have been eating 2 breakfast per day,1 lunch,1 teabreak and 1 dinner.
Total 5 meals per day.
So right now I am sticking to 3 meals per day.
and regular exercise.
hais. I know I wont grow tall, but atleast must keep my weight to 42 kg.
Used to be 42 kg .. hais 3 months ago ..
oh dear ...
boo ... STOP FEEDING ME! haha. kidding~ its my fault la!
